No one else provides operations management this comprehensive.
First, we plug your current management toolset into Cloud360’s service management layer —- so the information from all your automated monitoring and management tools feeds into Cloud360. That means you can continue to leverage your current investments in IT operations, procedures and processes even as those are enhanced with Cloud360.
Second, you get access to our team of experts who monitor and administer your cloud environment 24x7 to ensure your business critical applications are always performing at their peak in a secure environment.
You have already made significant investments in various elements that comprise your IT environment — operations, governance, and tooling for service management, processes, delivery. You may want to continue leveraging these investments as you migrate to new cloud platforms (or move to the cloud for the first time). What you don’t want is to be forced to invest in tools you don’t need or that duplicate functions you already have — just because the new technology doesn’t work with what you own now.
You want the best the best of both worlds — best of breed technology plus investment protection. That’s what you get with Cloud360.
Cloud360 interacts with, leverages and protects your existing investments so that your cloud migration is as non-disruptive as possible. Click on the boxes below to see a selection of the wide range of solutions Cloud360 supports in IT operations, governance and tooling.
Cloud360 supports a modular architecture that facilitates 'always-on' operations, for both our SaaS scriptions and on-premise deployment. A typical deployment environment consists of a User Access Layer, a Management Console and an optional Service Console to manage the virtual infrastructure.
The Management Console supports user self-serve portal, mobile app, RESTful APIs and Command Line scripts. It essentially performs all of user operations, provisioning, holds configuration data, and offers analytics and insights on underlying platforms.
The Service Console acts as a getaway from the Management Console to interact with virtual infrastructure for monitoring, metering, automation and diagnostics. The Service Console continuously collects data, and uploads the data to Management Console for analytics. The analytics data collection happens on both agentless and agent-based mechanisms. The agents are lightweight, auto upgraded and are built for multiple OS versions.
Cloud360 delivers the hyperplatform — a single management layer that lets organizations define, orchestrate, and operate disparate IT environments under one pane of glass, complete with automated metrics-driven policies, user self-enablement, and 360º performance monitoring.
